The miniature unmanned road maintenance device comprises a locomotive body, an unmanned control module is fixed to the left side of the locomotive body, an asphalt storage tank and two asphalt recycling boxes are fixed to the locomotive body, and an asphalt spraying device is arranged on the rear side of the asphalt storage tank; the power box of the asphalt spraying device is used for driving the asphalt spray head and the asphalt foaming spray head to reciprocate, so that uniform asphalt spraying is ensured; the waste asphalt is recycled, so that the consumption of asphalt and asphalt aggregate raw materials is reduced, and the maintenance cost of the road maintenance is reduced; when the waste asphalt is subjected to foaming treatment, the air cylinder drives the push plate to move up and down in a reciprocating manner, so that not only is the function of preventing the asphalt from being supplied into the foaming cavity achieved, but also the high-temperature liquid asphalt is prevented from blocking the discharging pipe; water flow generated by water pumping of the water pump and air flow generated by air pumping of the air pump are used for asphalt foaming, and generated impact force blows the asphalt into the foaming cavity, so that residual asphalt is cleaned.
