The invention discloses a limiting tension-compression spring support, which relates to the technical field of anti-seismic supports, and comprises an upper column body and a lower foundation, a spiral spring support is connected between the upper column body and the lower foundation; the spiral spring support comprises an upper steel plate, a lower steel plate and a spiral spring; the upper steel plate is fixed with the bottom surface of the upper column body; the lower steel plate is fixed to the top face of the lower foundation, a supporting steel pipe is fixed to the top face of the lower steel plate, the top edge of the supporting steel pipe is provided with an upper flange platform protruding outwards in the radial direction, and a compression gap is formed between the upper flange platform and the upper steel plate. The spiral spring is fixedly connected between the upper steel plate and the lower steel plate and located on the inner side of the supporting steel pipe. The invention aims to overcome the problems in the field of existing supports, and provides a limiting tension-compression spring support which can effectively resist transverse impact or keep stable under extreme conditions, and is good in anti-seismic effect and simple in structure and installation.
