The present invention relates to an apparatus for pre-limiting the tension of a roller blind spring, and more specifically, provides a product which: enables the smooth vertical movement of a screen by enabling an accurate tension value to be applied to a roller blind by limiting a tensioning value, fixed by a set number of rotations, of a spring to always the same position; has very high economic value by being capable of being applied to all blinds having a spring installed therein; does not require the tension of the spring to be adjusted in a factory according to the size and weight of a roller screen fabric; and by means of a novel bracket structure, enables a blind to be easily and simply attached and detached at the brackets themselves. The apparatus for pre-limiting the tension of a roller blind spring comprises: a rotational shaft which has formed, on the outer circumferential surface of one side thereof, a screw thread having a predetermined length and having a limiting protrusion formed thereon, and which has a fixing groove formed on the end of the other side thereof; a limiting nut which is screw-coupled to the screw thread of the rotational shaft, wherein the limiting nut is positioned at the limiting protrusion formed on the end of the screw thread so that the limiting nut is coupled so as to be incapable of moving any further forward; a limiting body which has a shaft insertion hole formed therein, and which has formed, on the outer circumferential surface thereof, fixing clips and a fixing protrusion to which a spring is connected and fixed; and the spring, of which one end is fixedly installed on the fixing protrusion of the limiting body, and the other end is coupled to the fixing groove of the rotational shaft, wherein a predetermined prior tension value is given to the spring by means of the rotation of the limiting body which is inserted on the outer surface of the rotational shaft and which has the spring connected and fixed thereto, and then the prior tension of the spring is limited by means of the limiting body being coupled to the limiting nut.

La présente invention concerne un appareil de pré-limitation de la tension d'un ressort de store enrouleur, et, plus spécifiquement, un produit lequel : permet le mouvement vertical lisse d'une toile en permettant l'application d'une valeur de tension précise sur un store enrouleur en limitant une valeur de tension, fixée par un nombre défini de rotations, d'un ressort, toujours à la même position; a une haute valeur économique du fait qu'il est apte à être appliqué à tous les stores ayant un ressort installé à l'intérieur de ceux-ci; ne nécessite pas le réglage de la tension du ressort en usine en fonction de la taille et du poids d'un tissu de store enrouleur; et au moyen d'une nouvelle structure de support, permet à un store d'être facilement et simplement fixé sur et détaché des supports eux-mêmes. L'appareil de pré-limitation de la tension d'un ressort de store enrouleur comprend : un arbre rotatif dont la surface circonférentielle externe d'un premier côté présente un filetage ayant une longueur prédéterminée et ayant une saillie de limitation formée sur celui-ci, et dont l'extrémité de l'autre côté présente une rainure de fixation; un écrou de limitation qui est accouplé par vissage au filetage de l'arbre rotatif, l'écrou de limitation étant positionné au niveau de la saillie de limitation formée sur l'extrémité du filetage de telle sorte que l'écrou de limitation est accouplé de façon à être incapable de bouger plus vers l'avant; un corps de limitation présentant un trou d'insertion d'arbre formé à l'intérieur de celui-ci, et sur la surface circonférentielle externe duquel sont formées des pinces de fixation et une saillie de fixation à laquelle un ressort est relié et fixé; et le ressort, dont une extrémité est installée de manière fixe sur la saillie de fixation du corps de limitation, et dont l'autre extrémité est accouplée à la rainure de fixation de l'arbre rotatif. Une valeur de tension préalable prédéterminée est attribuée au ressort au moyen de la rotation du corps de limitation qui est inséré sur la surface externe de l'arbre rotatif et sur lequel est monté et fixé le ressort, puis la tension préalable du ressort est limitée au moyen du corps de limitation accouplé à l'écrou de limitation.

본 발명은 롤 블라인드의 스프링 장력 사전 구속 장치에 관한 것으로 더욱 상세하게는 일정 횟수 회전을 통해 정해진 스프링의 장력 텐션 값을 항상 동일한 위치에 구속하여 롤 블라인드에 정확한 장력 값이 적용되어 스크린의 상, 하 작동이 완벽하게 이루어지며, 스프링이 설치되는 모든 블라인드에 적용되어 경제적 가치가 매우 높고, 공장에서 롤 스크린 원단의 사이즈와 무게에 따라서 스프링의 장력을 조절할 필요가 없는 제품을 제공하고, 또 새로운 브래킷 구조를 통해 브래킷 자체에서 블라인드를 쉽고 간편하게 설치 및 분리할 수 있는 것이다. 이는 한쪽 외주면에 구속 턱이 형성된 일정 길이의 나사산을 형성하고 다른 쪽 끝단에 고정홈을 갖는 회전축과; 상기 회전축의 나사산에 구속 너트를 나사 결합하되, 나사산의 끝에 형성된 구속 턱에 위치시켜 더이상 전진하지 못하게 체결되는 구속 너트와; 내부에 축 삽입공이 형성되고 외주면에 스프링이 연결, 고정되는 고정턱 및 고정클립이 형성된 구속 몸체와; 한쪽 끝은 구속 몸체의 고정턱에 고정 설치되고, 다른 쪽 끝은 회전축의 고정홈에 체결되는 스프링과; 상기 회전축의 외면에 삽입되며, 스프링이 연결 고정된 구속 몸체를 회전시켜 스프링에 일정한 사전 장력 값을 부여한 후에 구속 너트에 체결하여 스프링의 사전장력을 구속하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
