The invention discloses a steel bar truss floor support plate with embedded hanging supporting pieces and a method. The steel bar truss floor support plate comprises a truss and a bottom die. A through hole is formed in the position, corresponding to the needed hanging position, of the bottom die, a top fixing piece is welded to the top of the truss, a screw rod is vertically welded to the bottom face of the top fixing piece, and the bottom end of the screw rod penetrates through the through hole to extend to the position below the bottom die and is fixedly connected with a hanging rod hanging piece. The bottom ends of the screws of the hanging supporting pieces penetrate through the bottom die and extend to the position below the bottom die, the problem that after concrete is poured into the steel bar truss floor support plate, embedded parts at the bottom of a floor slab are not easy to find is solved, quick finding and quick installation of plate bottom hanging are achieved through simple bolt connection, and the situation that hanging objects are installed in a misplaced mode is avoided; and the damage to the floor support plate bottom die is reduced.
