The bundling device comprises a water-drop-shaped buncher, the two ends of the water-drop-shaped buncher are respectively provided with a limiting section, the limiting sections are connected with limiting rings in a sleeved mode, gaps allowing the steel strand inhaul cables to penetrate through are formed between the limiting rings and the limiting sections, the end portions of the limiting sections are provided with limiting plugs enabling the steel strand inhaul cables to abut against the limiting rings, and one limiting plug is provided with a hanging ring. The water-drop-shaped buncher is combined with the limiting ring and the limiting plug, the water-drop-shaped appearance is designed, the shape of the cross section is changed, and therefore the friction angle of the center wire is changed, the friction contact length is increased, the friction force of the center wire is increased, and the friction force provides anchoring force needed by traction of the whole steel strand inhaul cable. The step of head upsetting of the center wire and extrusion of the center wire of the steel strand are reduced, and efficiency is improved.
