A roof photovoltaic module with a self-cleaning structure disclosed by the present invention comprises a movable plate, a protective frame and a solar cell panel main body, the movable plate is in butt joint with the protective frame through a hinge mechanism, the interior of the protective frame is in butt joint with the solar cell panel main body through a storage cavity, and one side of the movable plate is in butt joint with a motor mounting box. When the roof photovoltaic module with the self-cleaning structure is used, a driving motor is started to enable the bottom end of a cleaning rod to rotate along a connecting shaft, so that dust on the surface of a movable plate is automatically cleaned, dust is prevented from being accumulated on the movable plate, the roof photovoltaic module has an automatic cleaning function, a threaded pin and a threaded hole are separated from each other by rotating a connecting rod, and the service life of the roof photovoltaic module is prolonged.
