The invention discloses a suspension type rail multifunctional operation maintenance trolley which comprises a frame and wheels, a driving motor and a brake are arranged on an axle of the wheels, the suspension type rail multifunctional operation maintenance trolley further comprises a barrier remover, a camera, a control box, a sweeper and a beacon reader, the barrier remover and the camera are both installed at the front end of the frame, the sweeper is installed at the rear end of the frame, and the beacon reader is installed at the rear end of the frame. The control box is mounted in the frame; the beacon reader is installed at the lower end of the frame through a beacon reader installation support, when the trolley works, the wheels are arranged on the walking face of the suspension type track, and the beacon reader is located below the suspension type track. A multifunctional operation maintenance trolley is adopted, the problem that workers cannot enter a track to carry out manual obstacle clearing maintenance due to the limited-size inner space of the track is solved, meanwhile, a beacon reader reads label information which is laid on the outer side of a lower flange of the track and has a positioning code attribute for positioning, and the positioning code attribute is obtained. The common problems in the later operation process of the suspension type rail transit system are solved.
