Construction method for dismantling double-navigation-hole continuous beam bridge through bridge girder erection machine
The invention relates to a construction method for dismantling a double-navigable-hole continuous beam bridge by adopting a bridge erecting machine, and dismantling of a navigable-hole bridge span concrete beam comprises the following steps: S1, supporting legs of the bridge erecting machine on pier top blocks, hanging a beam section of a navigable-hole bridge span by utilizing a crown block, and symmetrically dismantling; s2, a crown block is used for moving the dismantled beam sections of the navigable hole bridge span to the beam face of the non-navigable hole bridge span along the bridge girder erection machine, and the beam sections are transported away from the bridge site through a beam section transport vehicle; s3, the navigation hole closure blocks are firstly dismantled through a bridge girder erection machine, and then the navigation hole middle pier T-structure beam sections and the navigation hole side pier T-structure beam sections are symmetrically dismantled; and S4, after the spanning beam section of the navigation hole bridge is dismantled, the bridge erecting machine moves forwards to the bridge floor position of the approach bridge through the supporting legs. Compared with the prior art, two crown blocks of the bridge girder erection machine are used for symmetrically completing dismantling of two navigation hole concrete beam sections; and the influence of the concrete beam on underbridge navigation in the dismantling process is avoided.
本发明涉及一种采用架桥机拆除双通航孔连续梁桥施工方法,通航孔桥跨混凝土梁的拆除包括以下步骤:S1:将架桥机的支腿支撑在墩顶块上,利用天车吊挂通航孔桥跨的梁段,进行对称拆除;S2:利用天车将拆除的通航孔桥跨的梁段,沿着架桥机移动到非通航孔桥跨的梁面上,通过梁段运输车运离桥位;S3:利用架桥机先拆除通航孔合拢块,再对称拆除通航孔中间墩T构梁段及通航孔边墩T构梁段;S4:通航孔桥跨梁段拆除完成后,架桥机通过支腿前移至引桥桥面位置。与现有技术相比,本发明利用架桥机的两个天车对称完成两个通航孔混凝土梁节段拆除;避免了混凝土梁在拆除过程中对桥下通航的影响。
