Corrugated guardrail stand column construction positioning system and method
The invention discloses a waveform guardrail stand column construction positioning system and method, and relates to the technical field of road construction.The system comprises a positioning mechanism and an auxiliary mechanism, the positioning mechanism comprises a center shaft device, a guide chain device, a clamping device and a limiting plate device, and the guide chain device and the center shaft device form a simulation unit; the simulation units are arranged on the arc-shaped road and used for representing paths between adjacent stand columns on the edge of the arc-shaped road, the simulation units are provided with auxiliary mechanisms, and the auxiliary mechanisms are used for laying the simulation units and determining the positions of the middle point positions and the two end point positions of the simulation units so as to be matched with the simulation units to complete positioning of the stand columns or independently complete positioning of the stand columns. The method comprises a first mode in which the auxiliary mechanism is matched with the simulation unit to complete column positioning and a second mode in which the auxiliary mechanism independently completes column positioning. According to the method, the corrugated guardrail stand columns can be installed and positioned on straight or arc roads, the construction efficiency can be remarkably improved, the positioning precision is guaranteed, the construction difficulty is reduced, and the construction quality is improved.
