The invention belongs to the field of civil construction and traffic engineering, and particularly relates to a partitioned basement bottom plate drainage structure and a construction method thereof.The partitioned basement bottom plate drainage structure comprises a supporting structure and a plurality of partitioned bottom plates arranged at intervals, and a gap between every two adjacent partitioned bottom plates forms a structural joint; a plurality of cast-in-place piles extending in the stratum direction are arranged below the block bottom plate, drainage holes penetrating in the axial direction are formed in the cast-in-place piles, drainage pipes are arranged between the block bottom plate and the cast-in-place piles, and drainage branch pipes inserted into the drainage holes are arranged on the drainage pipes; a drainage ditch is arranged below each structural joint and connected to a water collecting well. By arranging the structural joints and the drainage ditches, the whole bottom plate is divided into the multiple block bottom plates, the block bottom plates have the effects of reducing internal force of the whole bottom plate and reducing mass concrete pouring hydration heat, water buoyancy of the block bottom plates is released through drainage of the drainage ditches, and the underground water level is controlled to be below the block bottom plates; and the anti-floating safety of the building is ensured.
