The invention discloses a drainage structure of a basement bottom plate and a construction method of the basement bottom plate. The drainage structure comprises a first steel pipe, a second steel pipe, a water stop steel plate and a bottom steel plate. The lower end of the first steel pipe is welded to the top face of the water stop steel plate, the top end of the second steel pipe is welded to the bottom face of the water stop steel plate, and the bottom steel plate is welded to the bottom end of the second steel pipe. A center hole with the diameter of DZ is formed in the center of the water stop steel plate, the internal diameter of the first steel pipe is D1, and the internal diameter of the second steel pipe is D2; dZ is less than D1, and DZ is less than D2. A plurality of rows of permeable holes are formed in the side wall, with the known height, of the second steel pipe from the bottom end to the top; and a plurality of water permeable holes are formed in the bottom steel plate. The drainage structure can be applied to a basement bottom plate and used for eliminating underground water buoyancy, the middle of the water stop steel plate is punched, the water permeable holes are formed in the bottom steel plate, and the overall flow guide and pressure relief functions are enhanced.
