The invention discloses an assembly type cone-barrel bearing platform of a transformer substation framework pile foundation in a soft soil area and a construction method. The assembly type cone-barrel bearing platform comprises a prefabricated cone-barrel bearing platform body, and a circular ring platform is integrally formed on the lower portion of the prefabricated cone-barrel bearing platform body in a pouring mode; an embedded anchor bolt which is connected with a transformer substation component through a bolt is arranged in a cone-shaped body of the prefabricated cone-barrel bearing platform before pouring, and during construction, cement grout is injected into surrounding soil from the interior of a main shaft steel pipe body in a pressure grouting mode while the central main shaft steel pipe body is drilled downwards through a drilling machine. Slurry is squeezed into a soil body around the pile through the holes in the pipe wall, so that the pile body is obviously enlarged, the surface is uneven, combination of the pile body and the surrounding soil body is enhanced, friction resistance of the pile body is increased, and the bearing capacity of the formed pile body is greatly improved. The lower pressure-bearing disc is welded after the top of the main shaft steel pipe is constructed. After the main shaft steel pipe penetrates through a hole of the prefabricated conical barrel bearing platform, an upper bearing disc is welded to the top, and downward force is provided to prevent the prefabricated conical barrel bearing platform from overturning.
本发明公开了一种软土区变电站构架桩基础的装配式锥桶承台及施工方法,包括:预制锥桶承台,所述预制锥桶承台的下部一体浇筑成型有圆环平台,所述预制锥桶承台的锥形体内部在浇筑前设有与变电站构件通过螺栓进行连接的预埋有预埋锚栓,施工时边采用钻机把中心主轴钢管桩体下钻,边采用压力注浆的方式从主轴钢管体内向周围土体注入水泥浆液,浆液通过管壁上的孔洞挤入桩周的土体,使得桩体明显扩大,且表面凹凸不平,加强桩体与周围土体的结合,增加桩身的摩擦阻力,使成桩后桩体的承载能力有大幅度的提升。主轴钢管顶部施工完成后焊接下承压盘。主轴钢管穿过预制锥桶承台的孔洞后顶部焊接上承压盘,提供向下的力避免预制锥桶承台倾覆。
