The invention discloses a multifunctional drainage and exhaust combined device for a flat roof and a construction method, the device comprises at least one drainage and exhaust node assembly, and the node assembly forms different shapes according to different positions of the roof and is fixed at a key control point on a roof sloping layer or a roof panel; the joint assembly comprises a pipeline body, an inner partition plate is arranged in an inner cavity of the pipeline body, and the inner partition plate divides the inner cavity of the pipeline into a drainage channel located at the bottom of the pipeline and exhaust channels located on the two sides of the drainage channel, a hole communicated with the drainage channel is formed in the top of the pipeline, and holes communicated with the exhaust channel are formed in the two sides of the pipeline; the joint assembly further comprises two dividing joint side plates fixedly connected with the center of the upper surface of the top of the pipeline body, and the dividing joint side plates are arranged at intervals to form dividing joints. The drainage and exhaust functions are integrated, the functions of dividing joints and flatness control are achieved, the construction procedure is simplified, and the labor cost and the construction time are saved.
