Pitched roof negative pressure drainage and exhaust structure and construction method
The invention provides a pitched roof negative pressure drainage and exhaust structure which is mainly used for improving the drainage efficiency and the waterproof performance of a pitched roof and enhancing the ventilation and air permeability of the interior of a building. The structure comprises a permeable layer, a waterproof layer, a heat preservation layer, a concrete protection layer, a tile layer, a pipeline assembly, a pipeline assembly and a drainage assembly. The layers are sequentially laid on a concrete roof, downpipes are pre-buried at the bottom, and the water collecting pipe fittings are mutually combined through the through holes to form a net-shaped pipeline which is communicated with the downpipes. The drainage assembly comprises a floor drain and a drainage pipe and is pre-buried in each layer, and the lower end of the drainage pipe extends into the downpipe. The invention further provides a construction method of the pitched roof negative pressure drainage and exhaust structure. The construction method comprises the steps of base layer cleaning, water collecting pipe fitting drilling manufacturing, net-shaped pipeline laying, permeable layer laying, waterproof layer laying, heat preservation layer laying and concrete protection layer laying and drainage assembly installation. The permeable layer is composed of permeable concrete and perlite, the water collecting pipe fitting is a PPR pipe, and the drainage pipe is made of stainless steel.
本发明给出了一种坡屋面负压排水排气结构,主要用于提升坡屋面的排水效率和防水性能,同时增强建筑内部的通风透气性。该结构包括透水层、防水层、保温层、混凝土保护层、砖瓦层、管道组件、管路组件和排水组件。这些层次依次铺设在混凝土屋面上,底部预埋落水管,集水管件通过通孔互相组合形成网状管路,与落水管相通。排水组件包括地漏和排水管,预埋在各层内,排水管下端伸入落水管内。本发明还给出了一种坡屋面负压排水排气结构的施工方法包括基层清理、集水管件钻孔制作、网状管路铺设、透水层铺设、防水层、保温层和混凝土保护层的铺设,以及排水组件的安装。透水层由透水混凝土和珍珠岩构成,集水管件采用PPR管,排水管采用不锈钢材质。
