The invention discloses a construction method of a roof cast-in-place cornice formwork supporting frame, which comprises at least two wall body fixing pieces for providing mounting support for the formwork supporting frame; the outer protection cantilever frame is used for protecting the exterior of the wall body; and the formwork supporting frame is connected with the wall fixing piece and used for pouring the cornice. By arranging the extension piece on the wall body fixing piece, the formwork supporting frame can act on the wall body fixing piece, then the number of holes punched in the wall body is reduced, damage to a concrete structure is reduced, the stress area of the formwork supporting frame on the wall body can be effectively increased through the wall body fixing piece, and damage to the wall body structure is reduced.
