The invention discloses a full-automatic intelligent rain-proof and flood-proof shutter for an open ventilation pavilion, which comprises a main body frame arranged at the upper part of a civil engineering base of a ventilation opening of the open ventilation pavilion; the shutter structure is arranged on the main body frame and comprises an upper shutter structure, a lower shutter structure and side shutters, and blades of the upper shutter structure and blades of the lower shutter structure are arranged in a staggered mode, so that vertical projections of the blades of the upper shutter structure and the blades of the lower shutter structure can completely cover the opening of the open ventilation pavilion; a full-automatic control height adjusting assembly is connected among the upper shutter structure, the lower shutter structure and the main body frame, the left shutter, the right shutter and the rear shutter are fixed on the main body frame, and the front shutter is located on the lower portion of the lower shutter structure and can be stored in an opening of the open ventilation pavilion along with downward movement of the lower shutter structure. Through the design of the shutters, the air passing rate is remarkably increased, it is ensured that the ventilation effect meets the standard requirement, meanwhile, the main body frame can be conveniently installed, and a civil engineering structure does not need to be damaged.
