The manipulators are arranged on one side of the window body and comprise the inner manipulator and the outer manipulator, the inner manipulator is arranged in the window body, and the outer manipulator is arranged outside the window body; the turnover assembly comprises a turnover shaft, a plurality of turnover ladder ropes, a plurality of turnover seats, a rack and a clutch mechanism; the clutch mechanism is arranged, after the shutter is overturned to the maximum angle, the overturning shaft and the gear shaft are separated, additional friction force of an overturning rope does not need to be overcome, the control force is greatly reduced, and the working noise is reduced.
