The invention discloses an anchor pile cross beam counter-force device suitable for a high-altitude static load test and a test method thereof. The anchor pile cross beam counter-force device comprises an anchor pile, a main beam, a secondary beam and a jack, the anchor piles are arranged on two sides of the test pile; a lower mounting plate is arranged close to the lower end in the anchor pile; an upper mounting plate is arranged at the top of the anchor pile; a sleeve is arranged between the upper mounting plate and the lower mounting plate; prestressed tendons are arranged in the sleeves in a penetrating manner; steel cylinders are mounted at the tops of the anchor piles; a connecting beam longitudinally penetrates through the steel cylinder; the secondary beams are mounted at the tops of the steel cylinders on two sides of the test pile; the secondary beam and the connecting beam are tied through a first tying piece; the jack is mounted at the top of the test pile; the girder is arranged at the top of the jack; the main beam and the secondary beams on the two sides are tied through second tying pieces. An adjustable lantern ring is mounted at the lower part of the test pile; displacement meters are arranged on the two sides of the adjustable lantern ring respectively. The pile foundation static load test device solves the technical problems that a traditional pile foundation static load test device is long in test preparation time, high in cost, high in test site requirement, large in occupied area and prone to causing inaccurate test results, and potential safety hazards exist.
