The foundation pit digging robot comprises a fixed cylinder and a feeding cylinder which is located in the fixed cylinder and slidably connected with the fixed cylinder in the vertical direction, and a feeding output structure is further arranged between the feeding cylinder and the fixed cylinder; a supporting mechanism is arranged outside the fixed cylinder and is supported on the wall of the foundation pit; the upper end and the lower end of the feeding cylinder extend out of the fixed cylinder, an excavating mechanism is arranged at the lower end of the feeding cylinder, and a muck collecting box is arranged at the upper end of the feeding cylinder. The device further comprises a soil lifting mechanism, the soil lifting mechanism passes through the interior of the feeding cylinder, and the soil lifting mechanism lifts the muck from the digging mechanism to the muck collecting box. The mechanical degree and the construction efficiency of power transmission line engineering construction are improved, time and labor are saved, safe construction is achieved, further improvement of the hole digging pile foundation construction process level is promoted, and the problem of line erecting hole digging pile construction is fundamentally solved.
本发明公开了一种基坑掏挖机器人,包括固定筒,以及位于固定筒内并与其在上下方向滑动连接的进给筒,进给筒与固定筒之间还设有进给输出结构;固定筒外设有支撑机构,支撑机构作用支撑在基坑壁上;进给筒的上下两端从固定筒伸出,在进给筒下端设有掏挖机构,在进给筒上端设有渣土收集箱;还包括提土机构,提土机构由进给筒内通过,提土机构将渣土由掏挖机构位置提升到渣土收集箱位置。本发明使输电线路工程施工机械化程度及施工效率得到提高,实现省时省力及安全施工,并推动了挖孔桩基础施工工艺水平的进一步提高,从根本上解决架设线路挖孔桩施工的难题。
