Construction method for newly-added fabricated staircase of reinforced concrete frame structure
The invention discloses a construction method of a reinforced concrete frame structure newly-added fabricated staircase. The construction method comprises the steps of site survey and factory prefabrication; original local beam columns are reinforced according to the reinforcement and reinforcement scheme; two first anchor plates and two reinforcing steel beams are sequentially arranged on the two sides of an existing concrete beam reinforcing area, base plates are arranged between the reinforcing steel beams and a concrete floor, and then long screws are matched with cushion blocks and locking nuts to fix the two reinforcing steel beams to the two sides of an existing concrete beam; dismantling operation is conducted, and a hole space is formed in the concrete floor; for the steel columns in the first-layer building space, when the steel columns are located on the column net, the steel columns directly root on the first-layer foundation straining beams in the erecting process, and when the steel columns are not located on the column net, the steel columns are additionally used as foundations; the four new steel beams are arranged at the building position of the steel platform plate in a square shape; the steel platform plate is fixedly installed among the four new steel beams; and steel stairs are additionally arranged. According to the method, the implementation process is simple, the construction process is safe, and the newly-added operation of the assembly type stair can be efficiently completed.
一种钢筋混凝土框架结构新增装配式楼梯的施工方法,现场勘测、工厂预制;根据补强与加固方案对原有局部梁柱进行加固;在既有混凝土梁加固区域的两侧依次布置两块锚板一、两根加固钢梁,并于加固钢梁和混凝土楼板之间布置垫板,再利用长螺杆配合垫块、锁紧螺母将两根加固钢梁固定在既有混凝土梁的两侧;进行拆除作业,并在混凝土楼板形成孔洞空间;对于首层建筑空间中的钢柱,当钢柱位于柱网上时,架设过程中直接在首层基础拉梁上生根,当不在柱网上的钢柱,另做基础;使四根新钢梁呈口字形地布置在钢平台板的搭建位置处;将钢平台板固定安装在四根新钢梁之间;增设钢楼梯。该方法实施过程简单、施工过程安全,其能高效完成装配式楼梯的新增作业。
