The invention mainly relates to fluorescent ceramic and a preparation method thereof, a wavelength conversion device and a light-emitting device, the fluorescent ceramic comprises ceramic matrix particles, fluorescent powder particles and scattering particles, and at least part of the scattering particles are distributed between the ceramic matrix particles and the fluorescent powder particles and/or distributed between the ceramic matrix particles. By introducing the scattering particles with proper mass fraction, the luminous efficiency of the fluorescent ceramic can be effectively improved, so that the heat conduction capability and the luminous efficiency of the fluorescent ceramic can be achieved at the same time.
本申请主要是涉及荧光陶瓷及其制备方法、波长转换器件和发光装置,荧光陶瓷包括陶瓷基质颗粒、荧光粉颗粒和散射颗粒,至少部分散射颗粒分布于陶瓷基质颗粒与荧光粉颗粒之间,和/或分布于陶瓷基质颗粒之间。通过引入合适的质量分数的散射颗粒,可以有效提高荧光陶瓷的出光效率,从而实现荧光陶瓷在导热能力与出光效率两方面的性能兼得。
