The invention mainly relates to fluorescent ceramic and a preparation method thereof, a wavelength conversion device and a light-emitting device, the fluorescent ceramic comprises ceramic matrix particles, fluorescent powder particles and air holes, at least part of the air holes are distributed between the ceramic matrix particles and the fluorescent powder particles, and/or at least part of the air holes are distributed between the ceramic matrix particles. By introducing the air holes with proper volume fraction, the luminous efficiency of the fluorescent ceramic can be effectively improved, so that the heat conduction capability and the luminous efficiency of the fluorescent ceramic can be achieved at the same time.
本申请主要是涉及荧光陶瓷及其制备方法、波长转换器件和发光装置,荧光陶瓷包括陶瓷基质颗粒、荧光粉颗粒和气孔,至少部分气孔分布于陶瓷基质颗粒与荧光粉颗粒之间,和/或至少部分气孔分布于陶瓷基质颗粒之间。通过引入合适的体积分数的气孔,可以有效提高荧光陶瓷的出光效率,从而实现荧光陶瓷在导热能力与出光效率两方面的性能兼得。
