Tests show that the mineral powder adhesive provided by the invention is used for preparing the titanium extraction tailings into sintered bricks, and the obtained sintered bricks meet the GBT5101-2017 national standard, are small in dimensional deviation, good in appearance and high in compressive strength, and have great popularization and application values at home and abroad.
本发明涉及建筑材料生产、节能环保、固体废弃物利用领域,具体是一种矿粉粘合剂、提钛尾渣固化材料及其制备方法和烧结砖。本发明提供的矿粉粘合剂能够将提钛尾渣粘合成固化材料,用量少,能够固化的提钛尾渣量大,得到的提钛尾渣固化材料强度高和稳定性好。试验表明,本发明提供的矿粉粘合剂用于将提钛尾渣制成烧结砖,所得到的烧结砖满足GBT5101‑2017国家标准,尺寸偏差小,外观良好,抗压强度高,在国内外有极大的推广应用价值。
