Foamed asphalt combined pavement reconstruction construction method based on in-situ cold regeneration technology
The invention relates to the technical field of road construction, and discloses a foamed asphalt combined pavement reconstruction construction method based on an in-situ cold regeneration technology. Comprising the following steps: 1) carrying out traffic closing on a construction road section; (2) milling a base layer and a bottom surface layer of the construction pavement to form an old asphalt material; (3) mixing the old asphalt material, water, cement and the new aggregate, and uniformly stirring to form a regenerated foamed asphalt mixture; (4) a modified asphalt hot-mixed gravel stress absorption base layer is laid on the surface of the milling position, and then the regenerated foam asphalt mixture is laid on the modified asphalt hot-mixed gravel stress absorption base layer and compacted and maintained to form a regenerated foam asphalt pavement layer; (5) a modified asphalt hot-mixed gravel stress absorption surface layer is sprayed on the regenerated foamed asphalt pavement layer, and then a single-layer modified asphalt concrete overlay is laid; and therefore, interlayer combination is ensured, a novel pavement structure form is formed, diseases caused by a semi-rigid base layer are avoided, and the service life of a road is prolonged.
本发明涉及道路建设的技术领域,公开了基于就地冷再生技术的泡沫沥青组合路面改造施工方法;包括以下步骤:1)、对施工路段进行交通封闭;2)、对施工路面基层和底面层进行铣刨,形成沥青旧料;3)、混合沥青旧料、水、水泥、新集料,拌和均匀,形成再生泡沫沥青混合料;4)、在铣刨位置表面铺洒改性沥青热拌碎石应力吸收基层,再将再生泡沫沥青混合料摊铺上并压实养护以形成再生泡沫沥青路面层;5)、在再生泡沫沥青路面层上洒布改性沥青热拌碎石应力吸收面层,再铺筑单层改性沥青混凝土罩面;以保证层间结合,形成了新型的路面结构形式,避免由于半刚性基层引起的病害,延长了道路的使用寿命。
