A quick grouting and leaking stoppage device for a water emitting hole relates to the engineering underground water treatment technology and comprises a grouting pipe, grouting equipment and pressure source output equipment capable of outputting high-pressure gas or high-pressure liquid. The grouting pipe is a solid pipe with a water-impermeable pipe wall, the grouting pipe is divided into a plurality of grouting solid pipe sections and a plurality of capsule solid pipe sections from top to bottom, and the grouting solid pipe sections and the capsule solid pipe sections are alternately distributed from top to bottom; expansion bags surrounding the pipe wall of the bag body by a circle are fixed to the outer wall of the bag body solid pipe section, bag cavities of the upper and lower adjacent expansion bags are communicated with one another through pipe fittings, the first upper expansion bag is provided with a water-gas communicating pipe communicated with the bag cavity of the first upper expansion bag, and a pipe opening in the upper end of the water-gas communicating pipe is connected to pressure source output equipment. A pipe opening in the upper end of the grouting pipe is connected to grouting equipment, a pipe opening in the lower end of the grouting pipe is connected with a grouting one-way valve which conducts through-flow in the downward direction, and a detachable drill bit is connected to a grouting outlet of the grouting one-way valve.
