The invention relates to the technical field of building foundation construction, and discloses an ultra-large-diameter cylindrical foundation reinforcing formwork device shaped like a Chinese character'tian '. The reinforcing mechanism is used for enhancing the stability of the overall structure of the column foundation formwork; and the supporting mechanism is used for preventing the column foundation mold from displacing. By means of the mode that the multiple groups of scattered arc-shaped formworks of the column foundation formwork are spliced, after the bearing platform is poured and solidified, the arc-shaped formworks can be detached, recycled and repeatedly utilized, the detached arc-shaped formworks are easy to transport, and the arc-shaped formworks serving as pouring formwork forming plates of the bearing platform and the surface of each arc-shaped formwork are of a wavy structure, so that in the concrete pouring process, the arc-shaped formworks are not prone to deformation. Stress generated by flowing and diffusing of concrete can be dispersed on the inner wall of the uniform column foundation formwork so as to enhance the overall strength of the column foundation formwork, and the stress generated by flowing and diffusing of the concrete at the joint can be dispersed to the sunken positions on the two sides in the mode that the waves at the joint of the arc-shaped formworks protrude towards the interior of the column foundation formwork.
