Automatic grabbing and binding device
The invention relates to the technical field of intelligent manufacturing in the building industry, and provides an automatic grabbing and binding device which comprises a grabbing and binding assembly, and the grabbing and binding assembly comprises a lifting device, a grabbing device, a grabbing and binding mechanical arm of a binding device and a portal frame which are integrally arranged. The at least two sets of grabbing and binding assemblies control the lifting device to drive the grabbing device to move downwards to grab reinforcing steel bars and place the reinforcing steel bars at designated positions, and after longitudinal reinforcing steel bars and transverse reinforcing steel bars grabbed by the grabbing and binding assemblies are stacked into a latticed framework, the binding device is controlled to conduct spinning and binding on the cross positions of the latticed framework. The grabbing and binding functions of the reinforcing steel bars are highly integrated on a single mechanical arm, through precise cooperation of the portal frame and the moving assembly, automatic treatment of the scattered reinforcing steel bars is achieved, the construction period is remarkably shortened, the construction cost is reduced, the mechanical arm can automatically adapt to the reinforcing steel bars in different stacking states, and the construction efficiency is improved. And the adaptability of the construction environment and the flexibility of the system are enhanced.
