The invention discloses a urine sampling device and a sampling method thereof, and particularly relates to the technical field of urine detection.The sampling device comprises a receiving hopper, a covering film and a sample storage device, a plurality of partition protruding plates are fixedly connected to the inner wall of the receiving hopper, and the bottom ends of the partition protruding plates extend to the top of a boss and are higher than the top of the boss; after the covering film is placed in the receiving hopper, the separating convex plates are used for forming a plurality of concave spaces on the inner side of the covering film, and a plurality of buffering convex plates are further arranged in the inner wall of the receiving hopper and used for forming a gap between the covering film and the inner wall of the receiving hopper. Due to the fact that the covering film is in a suspended state under supporting of the buffering protruding plate and is soft, impacted fluid can be effectively buffered, urine can be prevented from splashing, the situation that urine at the front end is mixed with urine at the middle end is avoided, the situation that the urine is splashed to the body of a patient or other places is avoided, and the patient is protected from being injured.
