To provide a sampling device and a sampling method realizing reduction in work.SOLUTION: A sampling device 1 comprises: a container body 2 including a first opening 21 and a second opening 22; a first lid body 3 swingably attached to the container body 2 and opening/closing the first opening 21 by swinging between a first closing position at which the first opening 21 is closed and a first opening position at which the first opening 21 is opened by swinging to an inside of the container body 2; second lid body 4 swingably attached to the container body 2 and opening/closing the second opening 22 by swinging between a second closing position at which the second opening 22 is closed and a second opening position at which the second opening is opened by swinging to an outside of the container body 2; and an interlocking mechanism 5 interlocking the first lid body 3 and the second lid body 4 and opening/closing the first opening 21 and the second opening 22 at the same time.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
