Artificial sand prepared from red mud-based all-solid waste and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to artificial sand prepared from red mud-based all-solid waste and a preparation method of the artificial sand. The preparation method comprises the steps of grinding, proportioning, granulating, curing and screening. The main raw materials used in the invention are all various industrial wastes: the red mud is used as the main raw material, the slag powder, the fly ash or the silica fume is used as the auxiliary cementing material, the carbide slag and the fluorine-containing waste are used as the exciting agent raw materials, and the proportion of various waste resources can reach more than 90%. The mode of utilizing the red mud and the fluorine-containing waste materials in a high proportion can effectively solve the problems that the red mud is low in utilization rate and large in stockpiling amount, and the fluorine-containing waste materials are difficult to treat and high in treatment cost at present, and finally the purposes of turning waste into wealth and protecting the ecological environment are achieved.
本发明涉及一种利用赤泥基全固废制备的人工砂及其制备方法,其包括粉磨,配料,造粒,养护,筛分步骤。本发明利用的主要原材料全是各类工业废弃物:赤泥作为主要原材料,矿渣粉、粉煤灰或硅灰为辅助胶凝材料,电石渣、含氟废料为激发剂原料,各类废物资源的比例可高达90%以上。这种高比例利用赤泥、含氟废料的方式可有效解决目前赤泥利用率低、大量堆存以及含氟废料难以处理、处理费用高的问题,最终达到变废为宝、保护生态环境的目的。
