Super-white ceramic plate and preparation process thereof
The ultra-white ceramic plate comprises a base material, a dispersing agent, a binder and water according to a weight part ratio of (50-60): (2-3): (4-5): (24-30), wherein the base material comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 26-30 parts of magnesium oxide modified kaolin, 16-20 parts of quartz powder, 13-15 parts of feldspar powder, 10-12 parts of high-white ball clay, 5-7 parts of dolomite, 6-8 parts of titanium dioxide and 8-10 parts of waste glass. The invention also provides a preparation process of the ultra-white ceramic plate, which comprises the following steps: weighing the base materials, mixing, and crushing the mixed base materials to 400-500 meshes; mixing the base material with a dispersing agent, a binding agent and water to prepare slurry through spheroidizing, performing spray granulation, adding the slurry into a punching machine for punch forming to obtain a ceramic tile blank, drying and firing to obtain the ceramic tile. The invention aims to ensure the whiteness and glossiness of the ceramic plate and improve the bending strength and the water absorption rate at the same time.
本发明一种超白陶板,包括重量份比值为(50‑60):(2‑3):(4‑5):(24‑30)基料、分散剂、粘结剂和水;其中,所述基料包括以下重量份原料:氧化镁改性高岭土26‑30份,石英粉16‑20份,长石粉13‑15份,高白球土10‑12份,白云石5‑7份,二氧化钛6‑8份,废玻璃8‑10份。本发明还提供一种超白陶板的制备工艺,步骤包括:称取基料混合,将混合后的基料粉碎至400‑500目;将基料与分散剂、粘结剂和水混合球墨制备浆料,喷雾造粒后,加入冲压机内进行冲压成型,得到瓷砖坯体,干燥后烧制即得。本发明的目的是在保证陶板白度和光泽度的同时,还实现了弯曲强度和吸水率的提升。
