The invention relates to a formula and a preparation process of an oversized special ceramic pipe fitting. The raw materials comprise high-purity alumina micro powder, high-purity quartz powder, yttrium oxide, magnesium oxide, a binder and a dispersant. The preparation process comprises the following steps: burdening, ball-milling, stirring slurry, granulating, carrying out compression molding, turning a blank, and sintering by adopting a shuttle kiln. And finally performing cold processing to obtain a finished product. The raw materials of the ceramic pipe fitting are high-purity raw materials, and the raw material granularity of the micro-powder level is adopted; raw material selection and formula design are different from those in the prior art. Specific heating and cooling curves are adopted, the firing rate of the product is guaranteed, and the product quality is improved. The bending strength, the fracture toughness, the compression strength, the bending strength and other performance indexes of the product are excellent, and particularly, the average value of the compression strength reaches 2210 Mpa and greatly exceeds that of an existing product. The product can be used for wear-resistant parts of large-scale equipment, insulating sleeves, pressure equipment connecting pipes, petroleum conveying pipelines, high-temperature and high-pressure equipment, high-temperature equipment application platforms and the like.
