A high-pressure rotary spraying machine for a cement mixing pile comprises a rotating assembly, a spraying assembly, a pressurizing assembly, a drilling assembly and an engineering van, the rotating assembly is located in the drilling assembly, the spraying assembly is fixedly connected to a shell of the drilling assembly, and a pressing piece of the spraying assembly makes contact with a spline of the rotating assembly. A spraying opening of the grout spraying assembly extends out of the outer side of the outer shell, the pressurizing assembly is connected with the grout spraying assembly through a screw rod shell, and the pressurizing assembly pressurizes the grout spraying assembly through a screw rod. The spraying amount is increased in a soil loose area to complete guniting reinforcement of the area, cement paste is further pressurized through movement of the drilling assembly, the cement guniting efficiency is improved, and the construction quality and efficiency are improved.
