The unloading conversion plate type retaining wall comprises a foundation, a wall panel is vertically arranged at the top of the foundation, and an unloading conversion plate is arranged on the rear side of the wall panel; and the unloading conversion plate is obliquely arranged downwards and is arranged in the soil body of the fill slope. Compared with the prior art, the device has the advantages that the unloading conversion plate structure is used for converting the soil pressure direction, so that a soil body on the unloading conversion plate tends to move inwards, and reverse downward sliding force acts on the plate. The original on-board soil body unfavorable for retaining wall stability is changed into one part of the retaining wall, and the on-board soil body and the retaining wall jointly resist natural stable soil body of soil pressure. The supporting and retaining structure is clear in soil pressure stress mechanism, simple in theoretical calculation, simple in supporting and retaining structure construction, convenient in material taking, convenient to transport and install, low in manufacturing cost, suitable for small working faces, short in construction period, and suitable for working conditions such as poor soil texture conditions; the lateral displacement of the foundation pit and the side slope is reduced, the stability is improved, and the method is subversive innovation for traditional foundation pit and side slope design and calculation theories.
