The invention discloses a non-excavation up-down synchronous overlapping construction method of an underground bunched structure. The method is used for developing a building containing a basement in a safety protection area of urban rail transit and comprises the following specific steps that 1, a first working well, an overground structure reinforced concrete conversion plate, an underground structure reinforced concrete conversion plate and a second working well are sequentially arranged on one side of an existing tunnel in the length direction of the existing tunnel; 2, jacking construction of all pipe joints of the bunching structure is completed; 3, construction of the binding structure is completed, and meanwhile construction of the overground first layer of the upper structure containing the basement building is conducted; 4, basement construction in the bunching structure is completed, and meanwhile, construction, not higher than three layers, of the upper structure of the building containing the basement is conducted; and 5, all construction of the superstructure containing the basement building is completed. According to the method, the influence of large-scale development along the subway on the adjacent operation shield tunnel is reduced, the construction risk is controlled, the construction period is shortened, the project investment is reduced, and better economic and social benefits are achieved.
本发明公开了地下束合式结构的非开挖上下同步叠合施工方法;用于城市轨道交通安全保护区内的含地下室建筑的开发,具体步骤如下:1、在既有隧道一侧,沿既有隧道长度方向依次设置的第一个工作井、地上、地下结构钢筋混凝土转换板及第二个工作井;2、完成束合结构的各管节顶进施工;3、完成束合结构施工,同时进行含地下室建筑的上部结构地上第一层的施工;4、完成束合结构内地下室施工,同时进行含地下室建筑的上部结构地上不高于三层的施工;5、完成含地下室建筑的上部结构的全部施工。本发明减少地铁沿线的大规模开发对临近运营盾构隧道的影响、控制施工风险、缩短建设工期、降低工程投资,具有更好的经济、社会效益。
