The invention relates to the technical field of resources and environments, in particular to an industrial solid waste treatment method, a cementing material and a workpiece. The industrial solid waste treatment method comprises the following steps: providing nitrogen-doped biochar, wherein at least the surface of the nitrogen-doped biochar is combined with a nitrogen-containing group; industrial solid waste is provided, wherein the industrial solid waste contains heavy metal ions; the nitrogen-doped biochar and industrial solid waste are subjected to first mixing treatment, a gel material precursor is obtained, the gel material precursor can be further prepared into a gel material, and a workpiece is prepared. Heavy metal ions can be adsorbed and fixed by the nitrogen-doped biochar and are not easy to dissolve out to harm the environment, after adsorption, the mechanical property of a workpiece prepared from the cementing material is also improved, and meanwhile, the cementing material is endowed with a carbon sequestration effect. By means of the treatment method, the industrial solid waste containing the heavy metal ions can be recycled, the treatment method is controllable in process, and the prepared cementing material is excellent in performance.
