D-shaped beam overhead jacking method
The invention discloses a D-shaped beam overhead jacking method. A prefabricated overhead system is formed by a D-shaped beam, a cross beam, a steel rail, a guard rail, a bridge sleeper and other components to reinforce an existing railway. In the construction process, firstly, a construction platform is built offline, and components such as D-shaped beams, cross beams, steel rails, guard rails and bridge pillows are assembled into an overhead system on the platform. And then the work of dismantling old rails and laying temporary guide rails can be carried out, and meanwhile the overhead system can be horizontally moved. And after the overhead system is moved to a specified position, the whole overhead system is moved to an overhead section by using a special moving trolley and a temporary guide rail, so that the connection and installation work of the rail can be carried out. After connection and installation, excavation of a lower line and jacking of the box culvert can be carried out according to regulations, and after jacking construction is completed, follow-up work of dismounting of overhead equipment and repairing and recovering of the line can be carried out; the construction efficiency and benefits are greatly improved.
本发明公开了一种D型梁架空顶进方法,采用D型梁、横梁、钢轨、护轮轨以及桥枕等构件组成预制架空体系对既有铁路进行加固。施工过程中,首先在线下搭建施工平台,在平台上将D型梁、横梁、钢轨、护轮轨以及桥枕等构件组装成架空体系。随后可进行旧轨道的拆除、铺设临时导轨的工作,同时可进行架空体系平移。待架空体系移至指定位置后,再使用特制移动小车和临时导轨将整个架空体系移至架空地段,即可进行轨道的联接安装工作。待联接安装后,即可按规定进行下方线路开挖和箱涵顶进工作,顶进施工完成后,就可以进行架空设备拆除和整修恢复线路的后续工作;本发明大幅度提升了施工效率和效益。
