Green body, antique porcelain tile and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of ceramic product firing, in particular to a green body, an antique porcelain tile and a preparation method of the antique porcelain tile. The invention aims to solve the problems of high shrinkage rate and large size deviation. The first aspect of the invention is to provide a green body, and the green body for preparing the green body is prepared from the following chemical components in parts by weight: 66 to 68 parts of SiO2, 17 to 19 parts of Al2O3, 0.1 to 1.8 parts of Fe2O3, 0.1 to 0.3 part of TiO2, 2 to 3 parts of K2O, 1.8 to 3.0 parts of Na2O, 1 to 2 parts of MgO and 2.0 to 3.4 parts of CaO. The second aspect of the invention is to provide an antique porcelain tile, the antique porcelain tile sequentially comprises a green body layer, a cover glaze layer and a protective glaze layer from bottom to top, and the green body is adopted in the green body layer. The third aspect of the invention is to provide a preparation method of the antique porcelain tile, which comprises the following steps: carrying out molding treatment on a blank to obtain a green body, and carrying out biscuit firing on the green body to obtain a biscuit; and sequentially applying a first cover glaze layer and a second cover glaze layer on the surface of the biscuit, forming a protective glaze layer on the second cover glaze layer, and performing glaze firing treatment to obtain the antique porcelain tile.
