The invention belongs to the technical field of composite materials, and discloses a carbon/carbon composite material as well as a preparation method, an implementation device and application thereof, and the carbon/carbon composite material is mainly composed of a carbon matrix and a three-dimensional woven carbon fiber preform located in the carbon matrix; the preparation method comprises the following steps: impregnating a three-dimensional woven carbon fiber preform by adopting a liquid high-carbon-content substance; and performing first and second-stage carbon treatment, plasma treatment and third-stage carbon treatment on the semi-finished product (or performing the first and second-stage carbon treatment on the semi-finished product, dipping the semi-finished product into a mixture of carbon aerogel powder and a liquid high-carbon-content substance, reacting in a reaction kettle, and performing third-stage carbon treatment) to obtain the carbon/carbon composite material. Devices used in the method comprise a semi-finished product continuous processing device, a carbonization device and a plasma processing device. The material can be used as an electrode of a structural battery. According to the carbon/carbon composite material prepared by the method, pores are regularly distributed, so that the ion loading capacity is improved, and meanwhile, the mechanical property is good.
