The invention relates to the field of foaming vibration reduction base plates, in particular to a track foaming vibration reduction base plate and a preparation method thereof.The track foaming vibration reduction base plate is formed by laminating a first layer of material, a second layer of material and a third layer of material in a sheet shape and then conducting mold closing and vulcanization; the first layer material is one-time vulcanized rubber, and the rubber comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 40-50 parts of ethylene propylene diene monomer, 1-3 parts of a vulcanizing agent, 3-5 parts of a vulcanization accelerator, 20-30 parts of carbon black, 5-10 parts of paraffin oil and 1-3 parts of a microsphere foaming agent; the second layer is made of non-foaming low Mooney rubber; and the third layer is made of modified PET geotechnical cloth. The track foaming vibration reduction base plate prepared by the invention is high in flatness, uniform in foaming, proper in foam hole density, good in water resistance, good in cohesiveness between layers, not easy to fall off and easy to industrialize.
