The invention relates to an anti-magnetic vibration isolation power equipment foundation protection device which is arranged in a foundation pit and comprises an air cushion system, a hydraulic inflation damper and a steel ball set. The air cushion system comprises a plurality of first air cushion structures evenly arranged in the circumferential direction of the power equipment foundation and at least one second air cushion structure arranged at the bottom of the power equipment foundation. The first air cushion structure and the second air cushion structure each comprise an air cushion body, top plates arranged at the two ends of the air cushion body and a waist ring arranged on the air cushion body in a sleeving mode. The shock absorbers are arranged in the air cushion bodies of the first air cushion structure and the second air cushion structure, and the two ends of the shock absorbers are fixedly connected with the top plates at the two ends of the air cushion bodies correspondingly; the steel ball set is arranged in the air cushion body of the first air cushion structure and comprises a long rope connected with top plates at the two ends of the air cushion body and a plurality of steel balls hung on the long rope. During vibration, the air cushion body and the shock absorber are synchronously compressed and rebound to counteract vibration, and the steel balls collide with each other to counteract vibration.
