The invention relates to an intercepting system for a rainwater pipe ditch inlet ditch opening. The intercepting system comprises a preliminary intercepting device, a depth intercepting device and a backflow preventing device which are sequentially arranged in the water flow direction. The preliminary intercepting device and the deep intercepting device are clamped in the rainwater pipe canal through limiting I-shaped steel located on the two side walls of the rainwater pipe canal; each of the preliminary intercepting device and the deep intercepting device comprises a bottom intercepting device and an upper intercepting device, the bottom intercepting device is in a grid shape, and the upper intercepting device is in a grid shape. Compared with the prior art, when rainstorm occurs, large suspended solids can be intercepted through the preliminary intercepting device, and meanwhile the water flux is guaranteed. The intercepting facility is divided into an upper part and a lower part, the bottom intercepting facility is in a grid shape and can intercept dirt and floating objects with large specific gravity, and the upper intercepting facility is in a grid shape and can intercept floating garbage with small density and large size while guaranteeing the water passing capacity. Compared with an interception facility arranged at the river and sea mouth, the pollutant can be controlled at the initial stage.
