The invention discloses a construction method of a post-cast strip independent supporting system, which comprises the following steps of: firstly, erecting a character-shaped disc buckle supporting rigid frame along with other top plate formwork supporting frames, and symmetrically supporting the character-shaped disc buckle supporting rigid frame under top plate formworks and wood braces on two sides of a post-cast strip; before the top plate formwork is removed, the top plate formwork and a wood square column at the formwork supporting frame, away from the post-cast strip side, of the plate buckle supporting rigid frame shaped like the Chinese character'ji 'are disconnected, and an independent supporting system based on the plate buckle supporting rigid frame shaped like the Chinese character'ji' is formed; when the top plate structure reaches the form removal condition, all the peripheral forms are removed, and the independent supporting system is independently reserved; and finally, after the post-cast strip sealing condition is met, a formwork and a formwork support at the post-cast strip are erected, and concrete is poured to seal the post-cast strip. The advantages of the combined disc buckle supporting rigid frame are utilized, the construction structure and process design of the post-cast strip independent supporting system are matched, the supporting quality and safety performance of the post-cast strip part are comprehensively improved, and the construction measure cost is greatly reduced.
