The invention discloses fiber modified muck recycling slurry and a preparation method thereof.The fiber modified muck recycling slurry is prepared from, by weight, 50-60 parts of muck, 7-15 parts of cement, 12-17 parts of fly ash, 0.1-0.5 part of fiber materials and 25-30 parts of water, the muck comes from a bottom layer with the high content of fine-particle soil, the water content is not lower than 20%, when the water content of the muck is insufficient, water is additionally added, and when the water content of the muck is not enough, the fiber materials are recycled; the cement is one of ordinary Portland cement or composite Portland cement, the strength grade is not lower than 42.5 R, the fiber material is glass fiber, the fiber length is not lower than 6 mm, consumption of muck is increased, the site muck containing burden is effectively relieved, and meanwhile the fiber material is added for modification, so that the compression resistance, shear strength and crack resistance of the slurry are improved.
