The invention discloses a counter-force frame for cable saddle incremental launching construction. The counter-force frame and a grid embedded in a main tower are of a split structure. When the cable saddle is subjected to incremental launching construction, the counter-force frame is fixed on the side span side of the main tower and is matched with the grating; the counter-force frame is provided with a box-type base body and a plurality of groups of counter-force seats, a plurality of groups of through holes are formed in the box-type base body, and the groups of counter-force seats are connected to a rear end plate of the box-type base body side by side at intervals and are of an integral structure with the box-type base body; when the side span side of the main tower is fixed, the front end plate of the box type base body is close to the side span side tower wall of the main tower, all the penetrating holes in the box type base body and all the tensioning channels in the main tower form a one-to-one corresponding matching relation, and all the prestress tensioning assemblies penetrating out of the corresponding tensioning channels in the main tower are anchored at the position of the rear end plate of the box type base body. The overall structural strength is high, the anchoring stress acted by the prestress tensioning assembly can be reliably diffused, the situation that local stress is too large is avoided, and the main tower is relatively friendly to a concrete structure forming the main tower.
