Sludge stratum secant pile wall construction method
The invention discloses a construction method for a secant pile wall in a sludge stratum. The construction method comprises the following steps that S1, a guide wall is constructed; s2, grooving at a pile wall joint; s3, manufacturing a steel box; s4, steel box construction; s5, grooving the pile wall; s6, hoisting the reinforcement cage; and S7, pile wall pouring. A pile wall joint is adjusted to be a steel box joint, the steel box joint is welded into an II shape through a steel plate, an abdominal cavity formed in a steel box is filled with underwater concrete, a structure similar to a steel pipe concrete is formed, the joint rigidity is improved, and the water stopping effect and stability of the joint are ensured; a conventional secant pile construction process is improved and optimized, the trenching machine is used for taking soil and the steel box connector is used for construction in a matched mode, the pile forming efficiency is improved, meanwhile, the phenomena of water seepage and water leakage are greatly reduced, the surface of a pile wall is smooth, secondary treatment is not needed, the construction period is shortened, and the cost is reduced.
本发明公开了一种淤泥地层咬合桩桩墙施工方法,包括以下步骤:S1、导墙施工;S2、桩墙接缝处成槽;S3、钢箱制作;S4、钢箱施工;S5、桩墙成槽;S6、钢筋笼吊装;S7、桩墙浇筑。本发明的桩墙接头处调整为钢箱接头,钢箱接头采用钢板焊接成“Ⅱ”形,钢箱内部形成的腹腔采用水下砼灌实,形成类似于钢管混凝土结构,以增大接头刚度,确保了接头处的止水效果及稳定性,本发明通过对常规的咬合桩施工工艺进行改良优化,采用成槽机取土+钢箱接头配合施工,提升了成桩效率,同时极大降低了渗水、漏水现象的发生,而且桩墙表面平整,无须进行二次处理,降低了工期及成本。
