The invention discloses a disposable pre-buried floor drain for constructional engineering drainage and a construction method thereof, and relates to the field of pre-buried floor drains.The disposable pre-buried floor drain comprises a fixing base, a water leakage pipe is fixed to the fixing base, a floor drain head is arranged on the water leakage pipe, a water filtering plate is connected to the floor drain head in a threaded mode, and a telescopic adjusting mechanism is arranged between the floor drain head and the water leakage pipe; and an auxiliary limiting mechanism is arranged between the water leakage pipe and the floor drain head. When a floor needs to be subjected to secondary construction, for example, cement mortar is laid to fix floor tiles, the telescopic adjusting mechanism can be directly used for driving the floor drain head to adjust the height, the floor drain head corresponds to the laid cement mortar in height, the telescopic adjusting mechanism is used for adjusting the floor drain head and then locking the floor drain head, and meanwhile the telescopic adjusting mechanism drives the auxiliary limiting mechanism to limit the floor drain head. The telescopic adjusting mechanism is further limited and fixed by the auxiliary limiting mechanism, so that the height of the floor drain head can be conveniently adjusted, and the trouble that a lengthened pipe needs to be additionally arranged for refitting or the floor drain needs to be reinstalled in subsequent construction is reduced.
