After the prefabricated column is integrally hoisted to the top end of the connecting outer sleeve, the connecting inner sleeve at the bottom of the prefabricated column and the connecting outer sleeve are aligned and inserted, a cement-based material is poured into the prefabricated column, nano-platelets extracted from carrots and other root vegetables are added into cement, and bamboo chips are added into the cement, so that the prefabricated column is formed. After the plant cement is poured into the prefabricated column, the prefabricated column, the connecting outer sleeve and the connecting inner sleeve are filled with the plant cement, and after the plant cement is solidified, the connecting outer sleeve, the connecting inner sleeve and the prefabricated column are connected through the shape of the solidified cement-based material, so that the purpose of conveniently connecting the prefabricated column and the base is achieved.
