The invention provides an embedded prestressed carbon fiber self-resetting buckling-restrained brace, which comprises a core material used for yielding energy consumption in an axial tension or compression state; the restraining body is arranged on the outer side of the core material in a sleeving mode and used for restraining buckling of the core material when the core material is pressed; the inner sleeve is arranged on the outer side of the restraining body in a sleeving mode, two inner sleeve lug plates are arranged on the inner side of one end of the inner sleeve in an up-and-down corresponding mode, and inner sleeve inserting grooves are formed in the other end of the inner sleeve in an up-and-down corresponding mode; the outer side of the inner sleeve is sleeved with the outer sleeve, and an outer sleeve lug plate corresponding to the inner sleeve inserting groove is arranged on the inner side of one end of the outer sleeve; the prestress assembly is provided with sealing plates abutting against the two ends of the outer sleeve, and a prestress part is connected between the two sealing plates; the post-earthquake energy-dissipating and resetting device has the energy-dissipating capacity, meanwhile, the post-earthquake resetting function can be achieved, and the economic and time cost of post-earthquake repairing is remarkably reduced.
