Fabricated building photovoltaic roof module
The invention discloses a fabricated building photovoltaic roof module. The roof module comprises a roof plate, inserting blocks are fixedly connected to the two adjacent sides of the roof plate, and inserting grooves are correspondingly formed in the other two adjacent sides of the roof plate. A protection assembly is arranged at the upper end of the roof plate, a photovoltaic support is arranged in the protection assembly, the photovoltaic support is rotationally installed in the protection assembly through a supporting shaft, and a photovoltaic plate is fixedly connected to the upper end face of the photovoltaic support; a power mechanism and an angle adjusting mechanism are arranged in the protection assembly, the angle adjusting mechanism is used for adjusting the angle of the photovoltaic support, and the power mechanism is used for providing power for the angle adjusting mechanism. In the assembling process, the photovoltaic panel and the roof plate can be quickly assembled together, so that the assembling time is shortened, meanwhile, drilling in the roof is avoided, and the protection on the roof is improved.
本发明公开了一种装配式建筑光伏屋顶模块。所述屋顶模块包括屋顶板,屋顶板其中相邻两侧固定连接有插接块,另外相邻两侧对应开设有插接槽;在屋顶板上端设置有防护组件,防护组件内部设置有光伏架,所述光伏支架通过支撑轴转动安装在防护组件内,在光伏架上端面固定连接有光伏板;防护组件内部设置有动力机构和角度调节机构,角度调节机构用于调节光伏支架的角度,动力机构用于给角度调节机构提供动力。本发明在装配的过程中可以快速的将光伏板与屋顶板一起进行组装,从而减少了装配的时间,同时也避免在屋顶上钻孔,提高了对屋顶的保护。
